How quickly will you get back to me?
If you call during opening hours we’ll usually book you in there and then. For enquiries left through the form, we aim to call you back the same working day — and within one working hour wherever we can.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Often, yes — particularly if you’re in acute pain. Same-day and walk-in appointments are frequently available, and the quickest way to be seen is to give us a call on 01425 62 88 44.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. Chiropractors are primary healthcare practitioners, so you can book directly with us without a GP referral. Most major UK health insurers recognise our chiropractors if you’d like to claim the cost back — please check your policy.
Where do I park?
There’s a large, easy town-centre car park — Elm Avenue Car Park — just 50 metres behind the clinic. We’re at 27 Old Milton Road, opposite the recreation ground.
